My personal version of heaven would be filled with dogs and flowers. For 40 years, I've grown thousands of plants, both indoors and out.
I'm drawn to the unusual, my goal to grow a plant well until I sometimes get bored with it and give it away. I try to limit the death of one worthy variety to three times and then move on to something else.

I've been doing the best I can in this garden with its dwindling sunlight, still growing dozens of plants for the first time, just to keep up with my floral fancy.
